The company is a subsidiary of Shanghai Automotive Group Co., Ltd, a commercial vehicle manufacturing and car chassis system production enterprise, which is the backbone of Shanghai Volkswagen, Shanghai General Motors car chassis system supporting suppliers, won the Shanghai Volkswagen's "Gold Award for Outstanding Supplier" and Shanghai General Motors' "Global Project Award".
It headquartered in the Lujiazui financial and trade zone in Pudong, Shanghai. Project information
The project adds EH32 rear axle line assembly line, electric drive sub-assembly line, rear sub-frame press-fit line, and structural parts (rod system) press-fit line (products include rear upper control arm, rear lower control arm, rear front upper control arm, rear front lower control arm). According to the product traceability catalogue, process traceability requirements, EH32 assembly traceability requirements is achieved. The architecture is mainly divided into three levels: data service layer, logical control layer and physical execution layer.
The system is deployed on a server in the logical control layer, with the configuration software as the functional design and development platform. Data interaction and monitoring is achieved through standard communication protocols based on industrial buses such as Profibus, ProfiNet or EtherNet/IP and the underlying equipment. In addition, the system has an interface for data interaction with the upper data service layer, enabling local traceability data to be archived and uploaded.
