Basic equipment data collection
For the core data collection of intelligent manufacturing, a production line of the customer realized the visualization of equipment status, operation parameters and alarm information of the production line, completed the efficiency statistics of various states of equipment related to automatic line truss to machine tool, and completed the processing and analysis of the whole alarm information.
Equipment cutting tool life monitoring alerts

Work order integration between ERP and MDC
The existing work order module in the MDC system is integrated with the customer's ERP.
