2.Tool installation process
To call up the machine tool, you need to install the tool holder. After the current tool holder QR code has been scanned, the system brings up the current cutting tool data and displays it on the HMI. After the current cutting tool data has been confirmed, click on Confirm tool installation and the cutting tool data is automatically written into the corresponding tool position information.

3.Tool unloading process
To call up the machine tool, the tool unloading position is required. After the current tool holder QR code has been scanned, the system brings up the current cutting tool information and displays it on the HMI. After confirming the information and selecting tool unloading, the cutting tool data is cleared in the current tool position of the machine tool and the software records the current cutting tool life.
